How Does a 1:1 Private
Yoga Session Differ
From a Group Class?

In a private class, you can expect a whole person, therapeutic approach, where we work together to find the most effective postures, breathwork, somatic awareness and practices that can include affirmation and mantra, as possibilities. 

It is very much a collaboration where you will feel supported, seen and ultimately empowered throughout your session. 

The postures chosen will be appropriate and adapted to meet your specific needs, health concerns and individual ability and expectations.

I am experienced at adapting yoga practices to help with anxiety, depression, insomnia, fibromyalgia, hormonal issues, auto immune disorders, fatigue, Hypermobility syndrome, as examples. 

Sessions are for 60 minutes and are £42.

A one to one can take place at your home, if you have a suitably quiet space, away from any distractions, or in my studio.
